As of July 1st 2023, Google Analytics will no longer record data on older (Universal Analytics) versions.
To continue recording data on your website’s traffic, you will need to make sure you are using the latest version 4.
We have built the above tool below to help you determine which version you have installed.
You can use our tool to find out. Or alternatively look at your tracking code. Universal Analytics property IDs start with UA and end with a number, for example UA-XXXXXXXXX-1. Google Analytics 4 property IDs have only numbers often starting with G. For example G-XXXXXXXXX.
